Crescent Land Title Company was formed in 1963 by Charles and Marguerite Brown. Their son Kirk and his wife Ellen took over and were the previous owners. CLTC is Del Norte County's only local title company. It has a complete title plant dating back to 1852. Presently our staff consists of 2 escrow officers, a title officer, a title searcher, and an office secretary.
We are Del Norte County's only local title company and meet the needs of the real estate community, lenders, developers, contractors, and individual buyers and sellers with professional and personalized service.
